Exhibitor Services

Welcome

DTA welcomes all Exhibitors and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC’s) participating at International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) Global Produce and Floral Show. The purpose of this process is to request Show Management’s approval for floor access for Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC’s) to work at IFPA’s Global Produce & Floral Show.

An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor is defined as any company, other than one of the Official Contractors, that an exhibitor wants to use in IFPA’s event space before, during, or after the show.

Exhibitor Request Form

Requirements:

1. Exhibitors must submit this initial request form to prevent EAC’s from gaining approval without an exhibitor’s knowledge, consent, or contractual agreement. You will receive an acknowledgement and your EAC will receive further instructions via email to complete this process.

2. EAC’s must submit the EAC Request Form, agree to (1) IFPA Rules and Regulations, (2) IFPA Safety guidelines, and provide proof of insurance as outlined in the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Agreement.

3. Once requirements are met, EAC’s will receive an email with a unique company code. This code should be used on site by personnel requiring wrist bands. Wrist bands must be picked up individually and are not valid for show hours. EAC personnel must obtain an exhibitor badge in his/her own name for floor access during show hours.

  • Please check ALL boxes below indicating that you acknowledge and agree to the exhibitor and EAC access times, Rules, Regulations, Safety Guidelines, Code of Conduct and EAC credential requirements on show days.
